Nose - Peat on the nose, tobacco smoke and smoky bacon, slight hint of coconut and sweet almond cherry bakewell

Palate - Sweet and creamy, sweet wood, cooked fruity background, syrupy with a peat explosion bringing earthy notes

Finish - Smouldering green foliage, creamy vanilla and a tickle of black pepper on the throat
