Connacht Single Malt Irish Whiskey Batch 1

The first whiskey to be distilled in Mayo for 150 years. A small batch, 4 year old single malt aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks.

Nose - Seedless raisins with a floral honey joined by butterscotch and some ripe pears.

Palate - Toffee and creamy vanilla, spices and dried fruit 

Finish - Oily and nutty that lingers
