Cragganmore The Distillers Edition 2021 - Port Wine Cask 40% abv

2021 release of Cragganmore Distillers Edition. This Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 before a double-maturation stint in ex-bodega Port casks, before bottling in 2021.

Nose -Drizzles of caramel, with touches of grist, baked orchard fruits, and light wisps of smoke.

Palate - Jammy apple and plum compote, with charred oak, and hints of malt loaf.

Finish - Lingering cocoa nibs, vanilla, and a touch of drying oak.
