Creation #7 has been matured in rare Pineau des Charentes Rouge and American virgin oak casks, which results in a distinctive flavour profile of rhubarb, custard, heather smoke and sweet oak spice. 

Made with lightly peated Scottish barley and distilled every winter at Tomatin Distillery in limited batches, creating a subtly smoky and surprisingly sweet spirit!!
