From Scotlands highest and coldest distillery comes a whisky that is distilled in winter.

Only distilled from spirit made between October and March.

Nose -sweet and fruity, hints of pear skins, golden syrup and heather, a touch of oak spice and a gristy malt character 

Palate - spicy and fruity, cinnamon with undertones of apple flesh and orange peel. smooth texture with autumn fruit tartness.

Finish - Allspice, nutmeg and a lingering spicy cinnamon heat. Pleasant smoke and a comforting, slightly sweet conclusion.
