Valknut means 'knot of those slain in battle' and its symbol of three interlinked triangles appears on numerous artefacts from the Viking age.

Highland Park Valknut celebrates the rich Nordic ancestry on Orkney. Second in the series of three special Viking Legend releases, in partnership with Danish designer Jim Lyngvild.

Nose - warming, aromatic peat smoke, notes of vanilla, heather honey and toasted vanilla pods, sandalwood and herbal notes.

Palate - peaty smoke continues, paired with cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, toasted barley and tangy aniseed.

Finish - gingerbread, nutmeg, and pepper aromatic peat smoke, flamed orange peel and zest
