Island of Jura, found a few miles off the west coast of Scotland.
Matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels with a finish in aged Oloroso Sherry Casks.
A rich and rounded balance of subtle smoky notes with a sweet sherry cask finish. Tropical aromas of chocolate, walnut and citrus fruit, followed by coffee, liquorice, salted bananas and brown sugar.
