Kingsbarns Doocot is the flagship release matured in ex-bourbon and STR casks (shaved, toasted and re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine casks.

Nose - Sweet and floral, soft brown sugar with banana cake batter and tropical notes.

Palate - Pineapple syrup, summer berries and a hint of rhubarb.

Finish - Kiwi fruit and citrus zest
