The Port Charlotte is the heavily peated spirit from Bruichladdich., with 40ppm at 50% alcohol by volume

Nose - Smokey, dry and earthy, waves of caramel, fudge, ginger and nutmeg. Citrus fruits are released with a touch of water.

Palate - Smoke, then delicate and sweet oak. Coconut, vanilla custard and lemon honey combines with smoked oysters.

Finish - Smoke, with the soft sweetness of fudge and malted barley. Notes of ripe apple and apricot, intertwined with malt and oak sweetness and the lingering smoke
