Redbreast 12 year old, is crafted from a mix of malted and unmalted barley before undergoing triple distillation in copper pot stills. This meticulous process results in a full-bodied and deep spirit. Matured for 12 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.

Nose - A complex spicy and fruity aroma with toasted wood notes.

Palate - Full-flavored and complex. Silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes.
