The 4th release from this English distillery based in Somerset, a single cask, which has been matured in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead!

The cask has had a big influence on the spirit, imparting the classic PX flavours of dried fruit (figs and dates), with a hint of leather/tobacco, nuttiness and a sweetness from the sherry. All layered over the top of the smooth and creamy new make spirit which can still be tasted behind the sherry influence!
