Spirit of Birmingham London Dry Gin 43% abv

Spirit of Birmingham London dry gin is created using a unique blend of botanicals, including some foraged directly from the garden around the distillery.

Made using traditionally malted heritage grains, chosen for their unique flavour profiles, giving the spirit a natural sweetness, delicious spice and rich velvety mouth feel.

Nose - sweet. earthy and herbal, orange blossom, almond and subtle cardamom

Palate - full mouth feel, zesty orange, juicy ripe peach, peppered with spice

Finish - Long finish, spice gently subsides to reveal fragrant cardamom, orange cream and a dusting of cocoa.
