The Hearach. Batch 12. Isle of Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Hearach is the first, historic single malt whisky from the island distillery and the Isle of Harris. Like the iconic Harris Tweed cloth created here for generations, the first historic whisky is woven from the hands of island people and the place we call home, intimately intertwining to produce an elegant spirit of complexity and character. This special connection between people and place continues to this day with every drop of The Hearach created by Isle of Harris hands here in the Outer Hebrides. The recipe uses spirit matured in ex-bourbon casks, oloroso and fino butts.

The inaugural single malt scotch whisky from the Isle of Harris Distillery. Created using soft Hebridean waters from the Abhainn Cnoc a 'Charrain, which runs over the oldest rocks on earth, and 100% Scottish Concerto barley that was lightly peated  at 12-15ppm.

46 % ABV. Non-chill filtered/No artificial colouring.
