Torabhaig. Allt Gleann. Legacy Series Chapter 2. 46% abv

A heavily peated single malt whisky which is made with a mix of Concerto and Laureate malted barley with a spirit phenols content of 77+PPM. Aged in a mix of first-fill bourbon barrels and re-fill Whisky barrels. A residual whisky phenol level of 17PPM and bottled at 46% abv.

Nose - woody tobacco, crumbly vanilla shortbread, earthy peat smoke, lemon zest, smoked shellfish, heathery smoke, blossom honey, barley sugars and salty sea air.

Palate - bolder peat, coastal tar, oily mixture, roasted salted nuts, light fruit salad, heather, fennel, metallic pepper spice, oily citrus, hints of tropical fruit, vanilla biscuits and a medicinal undertone.

Finish - sweet fruit notes, apples and kiwi, vanilla oak, peat smoke, orchard fruits.
