Heavily peated Single Malt Whisky made with Concerto malted barley with an in-grain phenols content of 78.4 PPM. Fermented with Pinnacle and Anchor yeast and aged in a mix of American oak Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% with no chill-filtration or colouring and a residual phenols level of 19.7 PPM.
